WHO IS Dakota Burford?

Dakota Burford is an author, sales trainer, and entrepreneur. He was born and raised in Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia. His mother was Kimberly Louderback, a single mother. Dakota's father, John Wesley Burford, died when Dakota was five years old in a construction accident.

Dakota's grandfather was Bob Commer, the well-known auto dealership mogul. Mr. Comer sold his dealerships to Paul Duncan in the 1980s, and one of Mr. Commer's original dealerships, Duncan Ford, is still in Christiansburg, Virginia, and is now owned and operated by the Duncan Family.

Dakota was in his late teens when a family friend and Paul Duncan's son, Garry Duncan, took him under his wing and taught him everything he knew about the car business. Dakota's net worth is estimated to be in the six figures. He currently resides in a million-dollar house inside Anthem Country Club in Henderson, Nevada, with his fiancée and two dogs. He has a 1.3 million dollar vacation home on North Carolina's Outer Banks. He now drives a Mercedes GLB35 AMG, a Mercedes S550, and a Lexus RX350. He is a superbike collector with four motorcycles that he races on local Las Vegas circuits.
